    Standing on the Edge

This is the Butt of Lewis Lighthouse, apparently it made the Guinness Book of Records for being the windiest spot in Great Britain. I can vouch for it being a windy place, so much so my photographic assistant declined to get out of the car, even though the sun was shining. For anyone interested further information on the lighthouse is available via this LINK

It certainly stands on the edge it seemed unusual (well to me) for being brick built.

Just for those who like to live life on the edge, this is a view beyond the lighthouse, plenty of sea birds nesting within range of a reasonable lens.

A nice pair of shots Peter and not a wonky horizon to be seen

very nice work - love both images... So how much leveling did you have to use to get them correct I took some photos once in a windy place and the photo nearly slid of the screen when I opened it

Nice set Peter, like the ruggedness in the second.
