    Re: golden cap

something really strange with the processing Jeff and looks quite soft. - noticed the exif f5.6 and 1/4000 - not really landscape settings - you could have closed down to f13 - f16 and still retained a decent shutter speed

This is the same location at Eype beach I posted last week http://www.eos-magazine-forum.com/sh...62-On-the-Edge

It's certainly a lovely scene. I think the dehaze tool has been slid a touch too much though

Wasn't the right lens for landscape Stan 70-200 f4 plus 1.4 tc ,and the weather was crap ,just a casual point and shoot ,really just a try with the de.haze slider .just a play around really

that and the clarity slider are two tools you need to be very careful with

            Re: golden cap

As I said it's not a work of art or even a landscape taken with the right camera ,lens ,just a snapshot that I used to test out the sliders effects it did what it said on the tin .theres certainly no need to be over critical as its not a change of direction just a play around on a dull day

It is a beautiful scene and I like how the len's compressed the Scene. Yes it is a little soft, but it does give that dreamy effect. Well done Jeff
