    Tresaith falls

    Taken with the 400mm with two x2 extenders combination. The falls are about a mile and a half away.

    I like the inclusion of the person for scale.

      Well composed and as a demonstration of the massive magnification possible it works plus, as Wayne said, including the person does provide some scale (and a nice bit of red) but the image does seem to lack crispness which may be due to the high ISO used or just such a long lens combination.

        Great for the experimentation - actually it would be nice to see it with "just" the 400mm. But not sure the composition excites me very much. Sorry to be negative...

          That's OK Richard. It was only meant to show the result from the lens combo. It's not great quality but would be usable as a last resort.
