    Boscombe Sunset

    Went down the beach yesterday for the supermoon but again it didn't happen but there was rather a nice sunset

    What beautiful sunset Stan.

    At moonrise yesterday we had thick cloud on the horizon but clear sky above & then a few hours later it cleared. Been lucky here on the east coast.

      the trouble is that once the moon is high in the sky then it just looks like any old moon shot - you really need to get it just as or after it rises above the horizon when apart from being big you should also get some reflected colour from what remains of the sunset - but it didn't happen
