    Loch Druim Suardalain

This my first post for a while but there seems to be a lack of landscapes on the forum. This was taken at Loch Druim Suardalain near Lochinver and shows Canisp (left) and Suilven (Right) in the late evening light.

That's a lovely, well composed and exposed scene Direct upload is never kind, however, so a link back to Flickr would have shown it off even better.

    Cheers,

nice scene but better to post from flickr rather than direct upload.

the half rocks along the bottom of the frame look a little odd - cropping just above them I think would improve the composition

Excellent! As has been said a Flickr upload would be good to see. Always room for more landscapes here

Think all suggestions so far are reasonable, particularly the crop Stan suggested.

          Really nice composition.

Beautiful scene showing off the individuality of the far northern mountain peaks. Beautiful.

Thanks guys. I'll try Flickr next time. Used to use Photobucket but couldn't get anywhere there because of adverts :0(

Love the light on the trees to the left. Tend to agree about the foreground, it either need cropping up to take it out or include a bit more of it, Personally I would prefer to have seen slightly more foreground.

I like it very much. Definitely needs to be a bit crisper, but others have suggested ways to deal with that! Great capture.
