    Shot around 20 minutes before sunset just as the lights have come on and no one about as the gates are locked

        The following day I shot with a much better sky as the sun was setting but before they turned on the lights

          I prefer the first one Stan. Second on looks a fit unreal and over processed.

            excellent work - I do refer the first as the lights being on adds another level to an already good image

              Second on looks a fit unreal and over processed.
              both shots are quite the way with the light at the time with just the usual processing to bring out the detail. Agree the pier always works better though when the lights are on
