    One a Month - December

Well here we are at last at the final one of the year's project. The light was quite nice for the mid morning shot.

The 12 monthly pictures should be viewable for a while on Flickr if I have pressed the right bits.

It's been an interesting exercise, I think I've learnt a bit and gained some confidence in my processing in Lightroom during the year. I'm contemplating another set next year in the Cuillin with mountain and river, just need to select a spot.

As a standalone picture it's OK but go to the Flickr folder where all twelve are saved and it becomes an excellent series marking the passing of time. Very good indeed

    Cheers,
    John

      Thanks John.

It's a view that is easily accessible for me but agreed not the best pictorially.

Well done for completing the project. I was surprised to see the tree so bare until June. Very interesting to watch the changes over the 12 months.

Well done. A wonderful idea, which I intend to start copying come Jan 1st.

The end of a great project, well done. Must be ready to go inside now after such a long stand in all weathers ha.

Spring here is compressed into a couple weeks. Bud burst is partly dependent on the cumulative effect of temperature. It takes a while for things to warm up after winter and summer temps don't often pass 20C (68F).
