    Field of Yellow

    A local farmer planted acres of Canola Plants this year and they are peaking right about now. Soon they will turn to seed then harvested for their oil. Here are a a few images of the field.

    You certainly had some interesting skies Tom. Canola sounds much more refind than "Rape" as it is known here (from the latin rapa meaning turnip), but the yellow fields look the same. I particularly like the last image.

            Nice series Tom, this plant has changed the look of the UK countryside. It makes for some interesting compositions. But it also becomes home for little black flies that migrate to the flowers of my sweet pea plants [emoji17]

                          Beautiful set, and tough to pick... but... it's #1 for me. Love the gentle 'S' curve, the sky and the image proportions. Great job.
