Not sure about this one Ian, especially the sky. But lets see what others think. I do think the location has potential though.Peter

Re: Sunset Pano
I actually quite like that in an OTT Van Gogh sort of way! Particularly the sky and the semi-circular flowers at the bottom.TS-E17 F4L, 70-300L, 100 F2.8L Macro. http://www.flickr.com/photos/waynelsworth/

Re: Sunset Pano
I quite like the sky Ian. Not for everyone but when you have an image like this sometimes you need to push even more. I'd be tempted to put a grad on the sky to make it even more dramatic. The mountains and the sky sit really well but the foreground troubles me a bit. You've got that circular bowl format in the foreground from bushes trees and the stitching of the 9 shots and I'm wondering if a slightly different crop would be better? But then again; what do I know.....

Re: Sunset Pano
I rather like the way the 'bowl' effect of the foreground frames the rest of the shot. Yes, to some the sky might be a bit OTT but not to my taste. Like it just as it isAlan.

Re: Sunset Pano
I like the sky, I just feel it needs the colours richening in it to bring out the Reds and yellows, and the foreground darkening a little to draw the eye into the image as I feel the foreground is fighting against the sunset and giving you two focal points, if that makes sense.Canon 1DX, 50D, EF500 F4.0 L, EF100-400 f/4.5-5.6L I , EF100-400 f/4.5-5.6L II, EF70-200 f/2.8L II, EF180 f3.5L Macro, EF 24-105 f/4L, EF17-40 f/4L, EF2.0X III, EF1.4X III, 430EX II, MR-14EX...
