    Favaritx lighthouse Menorca

I've just got back today from a week in Menorca and had the pleasure of meeting Bo (Lunarbo) last Monday. We went to the Favaritx lighthouse and Bo was kind enough to lend me her tripod to take a couple of LE images. This is the initially processing although more tweaking may be on the way and I'll probably do B&W versions ..........but it's been a long day.

Two really nice shots, especially the second one. Not normally a mono fan, but think it would really suit these two.

Lovely to see the fruits of your labours, Tony, and I agree that the second edges it..... worth the slightly precarious perch to take it!

Great to meet with you and Jayne and I enjoyed seeing the LE master at work.

Look forward to seeing the mono version when you've unpacked.....

              Hi Bo,

Great to meet you and I still can't believe we perched so close to the edge for that shot.

nice shots Tony and great that you meet up with Bo

I prefer the first, I can see why you went for the second but prefer the stronger lines of the other ... and agree could be interesting in B&W

Thanks Ian - I can see what you mean about the lines in the first shot.

Thanks Tom - B&W appears to be preferred by most.

I already weighed in on the B&W versions of these. The color just is not the same...

Fair enough - that appears the consensus.
