    A nice bit of erosion.

    From a recent trip to Malta.
    Saw this along the north coast of Valetta where it was acting as a sea defence. Liked the shape the softish limestone had been eroded into - by wind and/or water?



    But when one stood a bit taller one sees the tops of the ultra-modern (and relatively ghastly) new buildings in Sliema on the other side of Marsamxett harbour. Thought this showed the difference between what nature does and what we do, and thought it might look better in b and w -



    50D + 24-105L.

        Does make an interesting b&w... and I'm another one that can see a dog/sphinx in the top one.
