Blackrock Cottage

Possibly the most photographed Scottish building and Scotlands most photographed Mountain in one image.
Its hard to believe that this was taken only a couple of months ago.
Judging by the amount of holes left in the snow by tripod legs, there should be loads of images exactly like this one going around

I can see why so many people photograph it, never heard of it myself where abouts is it? Exposure and balance well selected.

Its in Glencoe and the mountain is Buachaille Etive Mor.
I have Autumn pencilled in for a return visit.

Beautiful image. It 'really famous this cottage, thought to have been published in an Italian magazine dedicated to Canon photography.
