    Lovely shot Derek, despite our problems this country is blessed with so much wonderful countryside, supporting a host of wildlife. Its up to all of us to protect it.

      Thank you Trev. Yes we have some wonderful countryside in the UK, just a shame it's not taken care of like our forefathers did, for us to enjoy.

        One of my favourite quotes was made by the late King George Vl, --

        "The wildlife of today is not ours to dispose of as we please.
        We have it in trust. We must account for it, to those who come after"

        It's a quote I've referred to many times in articles I've written and productions I've been involved in.
