    Escape into the Dales

I decided to escape the confines of home yesterday. My navigator advised me that she would join me on the trip, to ensure all social distancing recommendations and catering facilities were met.

Here is one image from the escape run. I do have more but they are of places I have photographed previously and probably posted on here at some time. However I've not visited this waterfall before.

As always your thoughts and comments are welcomed.

    Exif: Canon 5DMk3, 24-105L, f16,ISO 100, 0.5 sec, Circular Polariser.

    #1 The original image

#2 The additional image taken to show the main part of the waterfall. I think that this scene could be very good once there is some more autumn colour to the foliage. I
may try to revisit the waterfall to capture some of that anticipated colour.

Exif: Same camera and lens/filter combination, with lens at 45mm, ISO100, f16, 0.7 sec

That’s a lovely shot Peter, just about the right amount of movement in the water. Great.

I agree with the others- a lovely shot, with both movement and slur in the water and some early autumn colours. You nailed it !
