          I actually live about 60 miles away as the crow flies. These were taken from my balcony with a long lens.

            WOW, fancy having that on your doorstep. Three great shots Emyr, although despite numerous visits to Snowdonia I've never seen anything like that - always shrouded in mist for me. The only time it wasn't was when in a certain military organisation I did the Three Peak 24 Hour Challenge - Nevis, Scafell, Snowdon. Then it was still dark when we reached the summit of Snowdon via the Llanberis Path. One Day!!!
