Thanks all, in case you were wondering about the islands on the horizon to the right of the liner. They are the "Desertas" Deserted in English, I understand they are nature conservation areas.
The lump of rock in the RHS mid ground name in English translates as Weevil Isle, though I'm have no idea why!Peter
