    A Rum Sunset

At last some fine weather here on Skye. Had planned a telephoto shot of a portion of the Cuillin ridge and the conditions looked promising but by the time I had got to Elgol a big bank of cloud had covered the sun.

Thought about an alternative over a cup of coffee and remembered that not far away was a view of the Isle of Rum and the sunset conditions were looking promising.

Found a spot by the communication mast and set up and waited for the sun to dip below the horizon. Result a four portrait shot panorama.

Edited raw in Lightroom, saved as jpg. Stitched in Elements 15, saved as tiff and then tweaked a bit in Lightroom.
