Probably one of the most photographed scene in the Lake District

I had a run across to the Lake District yesterday, to photograph an old mill. I was passing the road end to this spot and decided it would be rude not to go up and make an image or two, especially as I would not be returning home via the same route.

I was surprised just how many people were out and about on a weekday. There were a number of other photographers who obviously had the same thought as I did regarding Ashness Bridge with the autumn colours around it.

As always your thoughts and comments welcomed.

    Peter

It may well be the most photographed scene in the Lake District but I'm sure few will be as well composed and exposed as yours. Really well done

              Cheers,
              John

Lovely autumnal shot and a particularly fine rendition of the bridge.
