          Great shot Nigel, love gates into unknown areas and this one is inviting you in. Having a log burner my eyes settled on the wood pile as well.

                  Lovely shot Nigel. Have you thought about cropping a bit off the top so the gate is on the bottom third?

                    I did try several different crops but settled on this one as the alternatives lost the feeling of height the trees give. It is a bit of crop as it's not quite the full frame (I lost some tatty bits round the edges).
