    Sunrise 29 Nov

I managed to find the effort this morning to go to the seafront to take some photos of the sunrise - I was aided by the fact sunrise on the south coast of the UK was not until 07:37 so it was not an early start! (hurrah)
Thought you may like to enjoy the photos so I have attached a few.

As always, all comments gratefully received.

These are to my mind simply stunning - sunrise and sunset are one of my favourite subjects.

Thanks Ian C, I love sunrise and sunsets too, although if an image does not specify which one of the two it is I’m lost as I have not found a way of distinguishing them!

Lovely shots and the joy of sunrises at this time of year is you don't have to get up at 3.30 in the morning to get them unlike the summer.

Great pics. I love a sunrise too. I start work at 6am all year round but it's hard to be in the right place/time. Day's off there's zero chance lol

These are excellent Rose! I was struggling to pick a favourite as they're all great, however I think the second one tips it for me. The use of the wider angle focal length really gives a sense of scale and just makes it look a little more impactful. I think because you can actually see the silhouette of the sun really works for me as well as the colours of the sunrise being lower down in the image.

Also.....a quick Google search tells me that there is a way to distinguish between a sunrise and a sunset (without obviously having the awareness of time and geographical location) but the answers I found were so science-y that I just closed the page down and didn't continue to read .

                    Again, great work Rose!

Three for me as well Rose, that morning was minus 11C so I wasn’t out and about. Love them all.
