    Long Exposure Beach

I wanted to get a LE on the beach and used my little stopper so to still show some movement, plus it was windy so had the tripod extended only once and was trying to shield the wind

    Well this works for me.

Rather nice that with the reflections in the water and good lead in from the water's edge

That looks nice Ian, although not quite the image I feared when I read the title!

Nice one - good reflections too. Little Stoppers are very useful.

It's a nice enough picture but I'm not convinced you have enough moving parts to really work properly - there's no clouds and even the water doesn't look like it was that active.

Yeah as above....Id be interested to know what the optimum exposure time would be for sea shots....I tried it once myself but the sea didnt look particularly smooth even with 15 seconds.

I've not used ND filters before on sea so its something I need to try out - I suppose it really depends how choppy the water is
