    Norwich Cathedral (9685)

Norwich Cathedral ceiling. Canon 400D + Tokina 12-24 @ 12mm. 8s self-timer @f20 + - 1 bracketed, ISO 100. HDR in Photomatix. I did not have my tripod so I placed my camera on a hassock & used trial and error to line up my camera.

That's dedication - an 8s exposure on a 'borrowed' hassock. Interesting shot - it makes me feel a bit queasy with its aspect.

Very nice - Norwich is on my "hitlist".

I just wonder if you could have gone to ISO 200 and whether a wider aperture (e.g. f11/ f8) would have made a difference. I also tend to bracket by 2 stops either way when I do my shots (I'm still learning by trial and error).
