Rye, Sussex

Had a quick trip round Rye. There is a lot of photographic opportunity in Rye and it was a shame we were only passing through. Here are a few pictures from the town center.

Rye is an old and historically kept town on the Sear, surrounded by 2 rivers.

Nice set Brian Rye is a town that I keep meaning to go to for a photo session, as you say it has loads of history and architecture.

I like no 3 for the detail in the image, the person in part makes it a bit mysterious.

Great set, Brian; Rye is indeed lovely.
Nos 2 and 3 for me.
Odd to see a TV aerial on an old church; has it been converted?
And like Judder Man I like the person just showing in 3. Were they already there lounging (so you composed it by design) or did they just appear making you initially curse (but then decide to keep)? Either way, it works.
