    Snowdon ridge ...

    A view down 'the ridge' from Snowdon summit ...

    BUT,does it work .. I'm not sure..

    Wayne, it sort of does…
    Personally I think it would be improved by:
    a. cropping out the large slab at the bottom, which is too dominating for me and draws the eye from the beauty of what is beyond.
    b. I really want to see the whole length of the ridge going off to the right. This would both complete the picture and give my eye a line to follow through the scene. I bet that part was full of folks in orange cagoules, through.

      I have to agree with Alex, Wayne. A crop off the bottom would help, but that ridge is so enticing, was it accessible?

        I would have walked out to the edge and avoided the road/stones on the left front. Otherwise a nice picture in clearly a beautiful area

            Ok I agree with all the above.I can se where your coming from,and now looking closer at it,it would be better with a bit of a crop.

            A shame I did'nt get more of the ridge in shot .. Cheers.

              Not an expert Wayne but I would have personally liked this as a landscape picture. That seems to bring out the best in these mountain scenes.
