    St Helens Beach

St Helens beach on the Isle of Wight is a lovely beach, especially if you walk away from the main 'tourist' part.

Like the composition of the 1st image Andy, the second image of the driftwood, I find that my eye is led to the top right corner of the image to the boats sailing out of the image as that 1 piece of drift wood seems to be pointing that way. Wondering if you moved around the driftwood to give the boats more room or eliminating them from the image altogether would make it a stronger image?

A good set Andy, the second one works better for me with the top cropped out removing the boats.

Thanks very much looking and commenting.

Its a good point about the boats, I originally left them in as the wood seemed to 'point at them', but i'll certainly see if it looks better without them.
