    Scarborough

Here are a few from Scarborough...as in a previous post I'm experimenting with square format this month....all taken just before darkness fell....and then Harry Ramsdens beckoned!

Nice set Brian, like the serenity of the last one but it does look a little cold there.

agree that last one is a gem but needs leveling

The last two work well as a square format but not sure about the boat and the first could do with the verticals sorting out

            Re: Scarborough

Well done Brian, your choice of crop works with all of the set[emoji106]
I think there maybe another crop in the third image to leave just the two top rows of T-shirts.
Your last image is the cream of this crop (see what I did there [emoji15]) but it does need a bit of clockwise rotation.

Considering these have not been shot using a Canon, a good set Brian

Your holiday snaps are certainly a talking point.

Improved verticals in this one..Stan...wouldn't have happened on my Canon of course.

Serious question though...should you deal with distortion before horizontal/vertical correction? (Im using LR5)

                    thanks Alan...you rumbled me!

thanks for commenting Bill, tigerburnie and Tom

Peter...not sure what you are suggesting with the alternative crop - Re-Tee shirts?

I do lens distortion, then horizontal/vertical correction, but I don't think it makes any difference
