A very interesting find Stan. I'm sure some will get the mono treatment?

really nice shots Stan, but I think you could have pushed the processing a lot harder with these

              Thanks for looking Guys

all HDR but didn't want them to look overcooked

I'm sure some will get the mono treatment?
no, not considered as it is the colours of the peeling paint, rust and graffiti that all contribute to the decay, which would all be lost if mono

Having said that I will convert one just to see

Nice set. Personally I'm with Ian, i'd have been tempted to up the single colour saturation or luminance levels and maybe sharpness and contrast. The last one (imho) is screaming square crop and colour pop. (monochrome the plinth and back wall).

good idea but having now tried it does not seem to work too well in practice

Nice set but I agree that maybe a bit more oomph in the processing would go well - particularly with the graffiti. I had a bit of a play...

Curves layer with slight S curve applied and set to Overlay mode. Outside vegetation masked off and overall opacity reduced to 65%.

Cheers Nigel. I had forgotten that was a good way to boost colours. Will have to see what the result is on some of the others
