    Seasick on London Bridge

My good lady has a special birthday this weekend - the type that Alan recently had. Yesterday she went on a helicopter ride over London. They came in from the West and flew up The Thames to Docklands before looping back towards the South. Unfortunately I get motion sickness so my son went with her. They had the two seats next to the pilot. A great photo opportunity missed but at least I was able to enjoy my lunch afterwards.

Yes - and the worst thing was they said the turbulence was not too bad.

Nope, driving. Then had the nonsense of trying to get through the Dartford tunnel which has been ruined since they took the toll booths away. Usual one hour to do three miles last night. May save my pennies and try the helicopter one day. It would be a great opportunity to get some shots of London. We'll see.
