    The famous Smeeton's Tower.

An interesting take and quite different to the normal picturesque shots. I quite like it because it is different from the hundreds of shots I have previously seen. I find the person on the extreme left, partially obscured by the tower to be a slight distraction. Half a second earlier, or later pressing the button may have helped.

My mother has fond memories of the Hoe and wishes her ashes to be spread at the base of the tower ............... if she doesn't stop nagging me it may be a bit sooner than she expects!

I like this image brings back lots of memories of the times ive visited friends who live in Plymouth..Im hoping to get down next year as hes away with the navy at the moment.
There will be times when you will be in the field without a camera. And, you will see the most glorious sunset or the most beautiful scene that you have ever witnessed. Don't be bitter because you can't record it. Sit down, drink it in, and enjoy it for what it is!
