    River Thames after the rain

Living near the river Thames it has been interesting over the last few days, peaked at a recorded.

    All taken with a Canon R8 and either the 24-105mm F4-7.1 or 100-400mm F5.6-8.

A day later the benches are nearly under water. Had to stand further away the ground was too water logged.

No one was hurt, but will take some time to recover the boat, the weir walkway is closed.

At least the levels are dropping now, a few more dry days needed.

    Thanks for looking

Nicely captured. Very sad for those who have been affected by the flood waters.
