    Taken in the Garden, funny enough...


    EOS 60D, 1/80 @ f/5, ISO 400, EF-100mm f/2.8 Macro, 580 EX II flash hand held off camera.

    That is really good, the lighting is excellent in my opinion, it has caught the part of the web that matters and the rest is nicely out of focus as with the background. Love the colours too.

    I see you have the flash handheld, I assume the 60D was on a tripod? rather than held in the other hand?

              Thanks Nat, no it isn't. Must try and get some more of the Tarantulla, she has had another molt so is a bit bigger again. Quite agressive though so not easy to photograph.

                Peter, I am surprised at that. I thought your Tarantulla was as tame as a dormouse/pussycat/Labrador after you have looked after it, fed it etc.

                Having said that I HATE Spiders and Crabs!
