Wolf Spider

After hearing the wife going nuts over a little spider I had to grab my Camra. The looks I got from her, after chasen this little intruder around long enough to take a shot and save him from the fate of my 14 year old this is what I came up with



This was taken with my Canon T1i with a 60mm macro lens ISO and shutter speed I for got to look sorry...
Good news the spider found a new home and the wife and kids now think im nuts

about the size of a Quarter.

Nicely done. With such a shallow DOF, you were able to get the eyes nice and sharp

I like it but the dof is too shallow especially on the front legs of this monster, how big is a quarter?

I would say that the eyes are not quite in focus, but nor are mine! DOF leave a little to be desired.#
Use a flash with a diffuser and F11, that will help Im sure.
