Grasshopper

On a fern leaf at Arne. The grasshopper stayed on different leaves for a time so i was able to move around to different angles to get the composition with the best diffused background. Shot with 100 f2.8 L IS macro

I am not the quietest person as Dee will testify but I do find if you are patient and move quietly it is often possible to get the angle you want without spooking the subject

I am not the most patient person! That said, I am getting some shots I am really pleased with through being more patient, so it obviously pays!
