I had a play with my macro extension tubes today to try and get to grips with them. I was using them with my 1dsii and 18-55 EF-S. I was also trying some more OCF. Speedlights are Yongnuo 568ex as main, with Yongnuo 560II as fill. I am finding the extension tubes quite awkward to use. The depth of field is soooooo shallow, and, as focussing is manual, the slightest movement throws everything off. Here are a couple of my efforts anyway, with a setup shot to show the positioning. As far as focal length, I have no idea, sorry!
A little PP in lightroom to tweak highlights, but pretty much SOOC

As usual, comments always welcome,

PS Snoot is home made, using a Stackers (Aldi pringles!) tube!
