    Spinning a thread

    Had lots of fun trying to catch this little one with the constant movement from spinning / laying the threads and the breeze, think a tripod may of helped.

    not quite nailed the sharpness and that blob of white in the corner is a distraction and you seem to have lost the parachute out of frame

    No exif which would have been helpful to see what went wrong

      The spider was absolutely tiny, to give you a rough idea the 'white blob' in the corner is a small daisy petal, as for the 'parachute' - wasn't one, these were just parallel threads between two daisy's approx a foot apart.

      5DmkIII, Canon 100 f2.8 L IS macro, 1/1000, iso 500, multi segment metering, shutter speed priority AE, depth of field 0.001m, hyperfocal distance 211.00m.
      No flash fired, handheld lying on the floor with subject approx 2" off the ground.
