      The large ragged one in the middle comes from someone in the dim & distant trying to put an electrical cable through the beam.

      The larger round ones are from Xestobium rufovillosum (Death watch beetle), the smaller round ones are from Anobium punctatum (furniture beetle or colloquially "woodworm").
