    Macro stacking

Here are stacked images of four of my currently flowering orchids.
This is the first stacking session with my R5 and 100 mm Macro. The biggest flower is just 35 mm and the smallest is 18mm

Great set, something I've not got round to doing yet - but one day perhaps, like a lot of other things

              Nice pics.

I've had a go at stacking but my results weren't good enough to show.

Approximately how many pics are in each stack?

DED5Y, A lot depends on the subject depth, but I usually progress at about 1mm per shot, which means for some I can take up to 70 shots.

                    WOW!
Must take some RAM and time for the software to manipulate that many images.

                      DED5Y,
Not usually more than a couple of minutes. I use a programme called Helicon Focus.
