    Produced for submission in another place.

    The Ferguson name plate on the front of one of our vintage little grey Fergies - this one came off the production line the same year as I did - 1949. When I look in the mirror and look at this image, I can't help feeling that both I and the tractor have seen a bit of life since then!

    Nice interesting artefact.

    I must confess that when this first popped into my Flickr feed, and before I knew the back story, I did spend some time trying to make out the letters spelling 'Portmerion'
