Marwell

I have not posted for a while due to various other commitments but have now managed to process a few pictures from a recent trip to Marwell. I had hoped to get some good shots of the snow leopards but unfortunately they were not playing ball, luckily the meerkats and cheetahs were more obliging.

All taken using a 50D and Tamron SP 70 - 300 VC

Beautiful, the Cheetah for me is the stand out very closely followed by the snow leopard. Noticed on your 'bird' shots as well though these are all a little on the dark side, have you calibrated your monitor lately?

I have an annual pass to Marwell but like with most zoos getting the animals with a natural background is always difficult, the meerkats, cheetah and snow leopards are some of the few where it is possible so well done - I particularly like the meerkat

David, I am glad you liked them, as for the bird shots I thought they were a bit too bright so took some of the brightness out in lightroom, maybe a little too much.
