    Squirrels at the Lodge

I'm not always successful when trying to capture squirrels, but these are my favourites from when we recently visited The Lodge in Bedfordshire. All are hand-held and taken with the 7D & my Canon 200mm Prime.
    Comments/critiques welcomed.

A good set Cory, I like the pose in the last shot.

I like number five where he's a the waterside having a drink - a different pose from the norm.

              for the last one.
I live opposite a heavily wooded Common in the Chilterns and these little blighters empty the bird feeders overnight.
Whereabouts in Bucks is The Lodge?

Cant say I have seen one drinking like that before

The last 3 are very good and to be honest when you have been able to capture totally wild looking shots like that, I would not have bothered to include the ones on feeders

Thanks for the great comments guys
I must admit that I too have never seen one drinking like that either, so was really pleased when the opportunity arose to capture it.
With regards to the 'feeder' shots, I decided to show them because in #2, the squirrel was looking as windswept as the grass behind it & in #3, I keep having the mission impossible music running through my head and it makes me smile

Thanks for clearing that up Cory.
I thought if it is in Bucks then I will head there for the day.
Bucks and Bedfordshire are neighbours so easy mistake to make.
