There were shot last month, at a previous BWC members lunch, in very strong sunlight which resulted in an oversharpened look similar the the effect that Ian had using the flash at close quarters as a result of the light reflecting off the fur. All three have been toned down to an extent and had very little sharpening applied

7D, 70-200 f2.8 and 1.4x, f 5.6, ISO 800 and shutter between 1/250 and 1/500

Nice set Stan, the otters seem very relaxed, must be used to getting their pictures taken.
