At the Bristish Wildlife Centre yesterday - weather cold and miserable so no good for outside so we concentrated on shots in the warm. Here are a pair of the mouse mice. Shot with 100 f2.8 L IS macro and flash

Was the flash off camera and was it hand held? And what shutter speed, if you don't mind me asking?
Its so good and sharp - just look at those whiskers!

BWC is always worth the trip although had we not stayed local overnight having visited my mum on Sunday, I doubt we would have made the trip from Bournemouth yesterday

Was the flash off camera and was it hand held? And what shutter speed, if you don't mind me asking?

they are behind glass Andy and with Dee shooting as well it was not practical to have the flash off camera. Camera was in manual mode, 1/200, f 8, ISO 800 and I left the flash (580 EX II) on ETTL with compensation set to 0.
