    Brownsea Reds yesterday

We spent a couple of hours on Brownsea with the red squirrels who were still as keen on our hazelnuts as two weeks ago. It was quite overcast but that meant there were better opportunities for shots in and around the trees

    Very nice Stan.
The Reds seem to have much more character than the Rats with an Attitude (aka Greys)

Nice shots Stan, I particularly like the last 2. The little fella looks like a right character!

100% agree - tree rats we call them. are the reds as destructive as their grey relations?!
            Wonderful shots btw!

I think a lot of them have gone and in fact the last visits there have been very few birds of any description close to any of the hides

                  Thanks for looking Tom

I have now replaced some of the shots with those from flickr as the quality is much better but could not do the last one as the 503 returned

                    Re: Brownsea Reds yesterday

What beautiful eyes and lovely compositions - great shots, Stan

Good luck with the 503 and I understand your frustration - I seem to have better luck when uploading outside of peak UK hours, which is a bit easier being in Australia as I can do it when I wake up. It appears to point to a server overload issue but if it is, why is it so intermittent? Anyway, lets not move the discussion from the 503 thread as there are some good suggestions on there as to options for overcoming it.

Super shots as always Stan, they really do look lovable creatures, No 3 has such a cheeky expression I couldn't help but smile at it.

                      Regards Paul
