Nat, you have done very well, yet again.
The 60D + 70-200mm f/4L lens combo certainly works well for you.

Thanks MX5. Yes, the sun was a great help esp in bringing out the colours. A man came and fed some crabs & there was a wild frenzy. Thanks Stephen. I use the 60D as you have used your 7D. It is quick to focus and latch on to the subject.
