    Eskrigg Red

    Taken today with Canon 7D & Canon 28-135mm f3.5-5.6 is usm
    ISO 800 1/1000 sec @ f5.6.

    Have to say that you have some pretty squirrels over there. All we have he are the gray ones.

            Only available in Scotland and a few isolated islands Tom.

            Some stupid Victorians introduced some of your Greys and they out competed the reds for food, habitat and disease that the reds weren't resistant to.

              Both excellent shots Alan - the lighting and exposure look spot on and two lovely poses. Perhaps a better environment than i am able to get on Brownsea
