    White Tree Frog Reflective

Another set up was using black reflective perspex as a base to give a nice reflection. The only problem is, as i have found with my own piece at home, is that it is nigh on impossible to get rid of all the dust, so both these thots have had quite a bit of cleaning up

Lovely little chappie, I am glad it is not only me that has the horrible dust problems on the Perspex sheets.

            Very nicely nicely done Stan.

I am not aware you keep tree frogs, so forgive my curiosity, but where did you get to play with this one?

see previous thread - it was a studio photo day with Miles Herbert of Captivelight, where we got to play with a couple of snakes, gecko, lizard and tarantula - by far my favourite was the frogs though

Another great set Stan, the reflections are worth all of the dust removal that you had to do.

Great shots Stan, perspex is aweful for attracting dust. Have you tried wiping it with an anti static cloth (assuming they are still produced), the type we used to buy for cleaning vinyl records?

there was probably more dust spots than black perspex

this was not my perspex but i have tried it with my own in the past to some minor effect only - have even tried a damp cloth

Just a thought but may be worth trying Brasso, this is used industrially to polish Perspex but I don't know if it would have any effect on the dust attraction.
