    Zebra in monochrome

I was looking at some b&w images on a website the other day and thought I'd convert a shot of a zebra I took at a waterhole in Etosha National Park to see how it looks. Zebras do lend themselves to b&w. 1D3 with 400mm f4 L DO lens & 1.4 converter.

    Thanks for looking.

Works very well, like the effect of the ripple.

                      Thanks guys.

Taken just after sunrise at the waterhole at Okaukuejo rest camp in Etosha National Park. One of the best waterholes in Africa as it's only just over a fence from the camp. They even provide chairs for your comfort.

                      Once again thanks for looking.
