    Taken on a dive at Tiran Island, Red Sea a couple of weeks ago - did not want to get too close to him!!

      you got a hell of lot closer than I would - impressive photo, not that I know anything on underwater photography

                      On the Eastern Plateau at Tiran Island, but we did also dive Jackson and Gordon.

                      The s100 is good for underwater as it can shoot RAW. I usually do a custom white balance before I start shooting, or just rely on the/camera's Underwater setting. I don't dive frequently enough to invest in housing, lighting etc for my 7D and it would also be quite bulky - have enough to think about without a larger camera to worry about too!!
