          Nice lighting and detail Stan

          My daughter would get these guys in her garden, when she lived in W Australia.

          Here's one I saw outside her front door, back in 2007.

          Interesting how the Aussie one is somewhat darker than the one in your picture, and has a stumpy tail.

              Here's one I saw outside her front door, back in 2007.

              Interesting how the Aussie one is somewhat darker than the one in your picture, and has a stumpy tail
              often find that captive animals are not quite the same colour as their wild counterparts. I am not sure if skinks are like other lizards in that they shed their tails when attacked - if so that's probably what happened to your one and the tail is growing back

              is it blue to attract bugs
