agree Tims videos are very good especially his one on importing images and how best to use the library, only 2 hours long so get your popcorn ready

another LR youtube guy I follow is Anthony Morganti - He's got about 50 videos up from the basics to advance. Theres some PS videos there but he's really a LR guy and very easy to follow
